Prescription Refills

Please bring all prescription medication to each appointment, even if prescribed by another physician. Whenever possible, please ask for all refills of continuous medications during your appointment.

If your prescription for continuous medication expires before your next visit, please call our main line at (704) 403-4650 and select the prescription option (press 3) on the main menu. Prescription refill requests are also accepted online.

For patients of our Harrisburg location, please call (704) 455-5565 and select option 5 from the menu.

Follow the instructions to leave your child's information, including the following:

• Child's name
• Child's DOB
• Pharmacy name AND phone number
• Name of medication
• dosage information

Please allow 48 hours turn-around time for all prescription refills. If you are requesting refills on ADHD medication, please allow one week.
